Lot Owner Account Change.

A letter went out with the January 2012 billing notices that included a procedure for Lot Ownership or Account name change. It also mentioned that a form is on our hoveroad.com website to use for this purpose. That procedure and the form is not on this website as it is not required. Please accept our apologies and refer to the information below.

The only way to legally change the ownership name of a lot in H.O.V.E. is to have a new deed filed with the Hawaii State Bureau of Conveyances. This is accomplished through the State of Hawaii and not HOVE RMC.

To change the name on an account with HOVE RMC only requires that our office is provided with;

1. A request to change the name on the account.

2. The first page of a Deed which includes the new owner(s) name and shows a legible receipt stamp issued by the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances. We use this information on the deed for the account change.

The Account Change request can be mailed, faxed or emailed to our office. See “RMC Information” on this website.
