This is a current copy of the Articles and Bylaws. It contains all the changes approved by the membership up to and including October 11, 2007. The Articles of Incorporation, which precede the Bylaws in this document, were established and approved by the Third Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii in 1992, and have not been amended since that date.
