Please note the new time and date for our Monthly Board Meetings.
They will now be held on the 4th Tuesday at 10:00 am.

The next Monthly RMC BOARD of DIRECTORS MEETING will be held at St. Jude Church
on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 10:00 am.

Members are welcome to attend all monthly meetings.
 

 

The 2012 assessment invoices have been mailed.
If you do not receive an invoice prior to January 31, 2012, please contact our office.


The Road Assessment for 2012 is $99.00 per lot. If you send full payment in early and it is received on or before February 29, 2012, you pay a reduced fee of $90.00. For those that pay late, after March 31, 2012, a $10.00 late fee applies and you must pay $109.00. An additional 12% per annum penalty will be applied to each unpaid billing after March 31, 2012, until paid.
 

The short story is: Pay $90.00 if paid early. Pay $99.00 if paid on time.
Pay $10.00 penalty if paid late and +12% if very late.
