The 2010 NEWSLETTER has been mailed out to members on August 12, 2010. We encourage everyone to read the Newsletter carefully and vote on all of the issues. There are several Bylaws changes on the ballot that are important to our future and they are explained in the Newsletter. Voting procedures and deadlines are shown on the ballot instruction page contained with the Newsletter. If you don't receive the Newsletter with a ballot or you have any further questions please contact our office. Contact information is found HERE.

VOTING BY PROXY. You can cast your vote(s) on all issues by using the Proxy Vote. If you would rather have another party who is more knowledgeable on the issues vote for you, just fill out and submit the Proxy form. You may also designate the RMC Board of Directors to cast your vote. The form with instructions is HERE. For those of you who mail in your Proxy be sure to send it early so the Secretary will have it for the meeting.
