The 2010 assessment is $90.00 per lot. For payments after March 31, 2010, you must include a $10.00 late fee.
 
Paying Your Road Assessment.

You may pay your assessment securely on line through PayPal by using your credit or debit card. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use your card.  PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Click on the Pay Now icon below.

If you do not have a PayPal account, fill in the total payment amount, click Update Totals and go down and click Continue. On the next page, fill in your credit information. Then click Review order and continue. When the review page comes up, check that the entered information is correct and click on Add special instructions to the seller. Enter your Account or Lot Number(s) and the payment amount on each. When complete, click Pay Now.

If you have a PayPal account, fill in the total payment amount, click Update Totals and log in to PayPal on the right of the page. Check that the entered information is correct and click on Add special instructions to the seller. Enter your Account or Lot Number(s) and the payment amount on each. When complete, click Pay Now.

You may also mail in your payment with either a check or your credit card information
or call our office and give us your credit card information.
