Print out a few copies and keep them in your car. If you observe a traffic violation, fill out this form with as much information as possible, and drop off or mail it to the HOVERMC office. PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM WHILE DRIVING! We keep a file of these reports, which may be used by the police when they are attempting to prosecute a habitual offender.

Road Maintenance Escrow Demand Form

Escrow Companies should to submit a demand form to determine if any amount is due for Road Maintenance Assessments when a property changes hands. This form is suitable for that purpose.
