| Meleana Smith is our Office Manager. Mele grew up in Ocean View, back when the trees were many, the residents were few, and the roads were absolutely awful. She majored in Business Administration and is one tough lady; her encyclopedic knowledge and management skills are respected by our road crew and Board of Directors alike. As a lifetime resident, Mele has a unique perspective on our community and its needs. | Kristyn Haina, Administrative Assistant (Operations), is another life-long Ocean View inhabitant. Kris handles ownership changes, banking, personnel records and logistics, and keeps us in touch with "life in Ocean View." Her remarkable memory for detail is invaluable in maintaining our waterfowl linearity (keeping our ducks in a row). |
Teddi Stransky, Administrative Assistant (Admin) and Notary Public, has lived here since 1989. The "Front Face" at the office, Teddi meets and greets, and helps people get the information they need about their land, Ocean View and the Big Island. She also maintains our website. Teddi is best known for her warped sense of humor. |
Madison Kaupu, File Clerk, fills in all the gaps and is an invaluable team member. In addition to filing and assisting both Kris and Mele, she helps keep customer records up to date, handles all of our mailing, and always has a cheerful face, even on the toughest days! |
