Paying Your Road Assessment online using PayPal
You may pay your assessment securely on line through PayPal by using your credit or debit card.
PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Simply choose your payment amount, enter your customer number and select the add to cart and continue following prompts.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this service.
Payment of Assessments
All lot owners within the HOVE subdivision are members of HOVE RMC and are required by court order to pay the annual road assessment. HOVE RMC is a non-profit corporation whose sole focus is to maintain and repair the 157 miles of private roadway within this neighborhood. The corporation continually seeks to find the most cost-effective means of managing this task with the ever increasing cost of road materials linked directly to the rising price of petroleum. As an incentive to members to pay their assessment on time, a discount will be offered to all assessments if paid in full by February 28th. If you are unable to pay in full, we offer a Monthly Payment Plan. Contact the HOVE RMC office if you are unable to pay in full before March 31st. If the assessment is not paid before March 31st, a $10 Late Fee will be applied. 12% interest will be added to all accounts unpaid at the end of the year. Statement fees will be added to unpaid accounts for additional billing.
If payments are not received, the corporation will place a lien on the property and a non-refundable fee of $235.00 will be added to the account. If the property is liened and the assessment remains unpaid, the corporation may seek legal means to collect the debt including a civil suit or eventual foreclosure of the property. The corporation makes every effort to avoid this course of events.
If your account is delinquent, please contact the office immediately to avoid any adverse actions. We have options available.
Additions or Deletions of Names to Your Account
The recorded name of the owners of property is used to establish your account with HOVE RMC. Occasionally during the tenure of your property the necessity to make changes to ownership of the account becomes an issue needing to be addressed. Sale of the property, divorce, marriage, or death all have an impact on the names placed on the account. From a legal perspective, our office staff cannot make changes to your account without verifying the proper documentation, whether it be a recorded deed, divorce decree, marriage license or death certificate. A specific procedure must be followed in order to officially make changes to an account. Please contact our office so that our staff may help you with this process. There is a $25.00 transfer fee applied to property exchanges.
